    • Enter the Meeting ID (a 9, 10, or 11-digit number provided by the host).
    • If prompted, enter the meeting passcode.
    • Enter your display name so others know who you are.

3. Configuring Audio and Video

Upon joining a meeting, you’ll be prompted to configure your audio and video:

  • Audio:
    • Computer/Device Audio: Click “Join with Computer Audio” or tap “Call via Device Audio” to use your device’s microphone and speakers.
    • Phone Call: If provided by the host, you can dial in using a phone number and enter the Meeting ID.
    • You can test your microphone and speakers before joining in your settings.
  • Video:
    • Click “Start Video” or tap the camera icon to turn on your webcam.
    • You can choose to join with or without video.
